Hi, I’m Annie, also known as The Ginger Health Coach—a redhead with a fiery passion for helping people live healthier, more authentic lives.

For over 12 years, I’ve worked as a critical care nurse, supporting patients through some of their most vulnerable moments. But as I cared for people in crisis, I kept asking myself:
What if we could help them before they ended up in the hospital?

That question sparked a deeper journey.

Driven by a desire to create real, lasting change, I began researching how lifestyle and nutrition could be used as preventative care. This path led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I expanded my understanding of how diet, mindset, and daily habits can transform lives from the inside out.

Now, as a certified health coach, I help clients cut through the noise of wellness advice, uncover what works for them, and create sustainable change—without overwhelm or shame.

In 2022, I was a 6.0 pre-diabetic and weighed 211 lbs. In June 2023, I went in for a follow-up to check my A1c levels—I’m now at 5.8 and weigh 175 lbs!
